This work goes far beyond the surface. It reaches the soul and cellular levels, helping to heal what has been fractured by pain, confusion or emotional wounds. Many people describe their experience of Journeying as profound, life changing and deeply transformative.
HOW IT WORKS
All Journeys are carried out remotely. We begin with a one to one session to set your intention, to explore what you are calling in and what you are ready to let go of.
You will then rest in a quiet space, perhaps meditating, listening to gentle music or simply relaxing, while I conduct the Journey for you. Once it is complete, we meet again to explore what was revealed. I will share the insights, symbols and messages that came through, and there is space for reflection, questions and integration.
This is sacred work. It is not about fixing what is broken. It is about remembering the wholeness that has always lived within you.

About me.
My name is Louise Lynn. I am a Shaman of the Essence way. From a young age, I sensed a deeper truth beyond the physical world, an intuitive knowing, a sensitivity to energy, and a natural curiosity about the unseen. Though I didn’t have the language for it then, I now see those early stirrings as the roots of the path I walk today.
Like many, I learned to disconnect from my true self to fit in and cope. I wore masks, suppressed emotions, and felt heavily misaligned despite outward success. But a quiet inner knowing remained. Travelling and exploring many teachings opened my heart and helped me remember who I really am. Through deep healing and soul work, I came home to myself.
Now, I live in authentic purpose and clarity. Through one-on-one healing sessions, group programs, and sound healing, I hold space for others to reconnect with their truth. My purpose is to guide you back to yours, because the life you’re seeking is already within you.

Yes, absolutely. Although I live in Australia, many of my clients are based internationally. It is not necessary for you to be physically present, as the work I do transcends location. I have been working successfully with clients around the world for many years.

The healing and channelling work I do takes place beyond the limitations of time and space. While we experience life through the lens of the third-dimensional world, this is just one layer of a much broader and multi-dimensional reality.
We can think of the universe as a field of frequencies, like a radio. Our senses usually tune into only a narrow range, but through conscious practice, we can expand our awareness and access higher frequencies where spiritual and energetic healing takes place. This is where your highest self, guides, angels and other higher beings are present and assist.
Because I work within these higher realms, I do not need to be physically present with you. Through Zoom, I am able to connect with and work around your energy field just as clearly as if you were in the same room. One of my gifts in this work is the ability to physically feel what is happening in your body within my own, which allows me to support you with deep precision and care.

While plant medicine is a respected path for some Shamans, my personal and professional journey follows a different way. As a Shaman of the Essene Way, I have taken a vow of sobriety to ensure I remain in full conscious awareness both in my healing work and in my daily life.
I strongly believe that the ability to connect to the healing realms, higher consciousness, or the Divine Source Creator lies within each of us, naturally and inherently, without the necessity of consuming plant medicine or any mind altering substances. This belief is central to my path and reflects my deep trust in the innate spiritual power and wisdom we all carry within.
My practice is devoted to supporting others in discovering and deepening that inner connection in a clear, grounded, and fully conscious way.
