The One Simple Way you Can Get Unstuck Today

We're over a week in to 2025 and already with my clients (and myself) it's becoming a obvious we're going to have to push deeper in to showing up as our true self on every level.

This is the whole energy of this year - We're being shown through challenges, tests and opportunities where we can push forward in to a more authentic version of us.

Right now this might look like:

📍 Handling disagreements more gracefully

📍 Speaking up and advocating for yourself

📍 Staying calm in situations that usually provoke anger

Taking a new approach is key. An approach that steers you away from being triggered, emotional, in tunnel vision or separated.

Easy to do in theory but often a lot more difficult in the moment.

So how do you achieve this practically?

You work in the spaces in between. You direct your focus in the downtime of the rollercoaster ride towards tending to your needs and encouraging the authentic self to come forward through expressing yourself...perhaps in play/ art/ conversation...

In doing so...you become your own problem solver, your own biggest supporter - YOU become your own healer.

When clients come to me Anna to work 1:1 they have often had a succession of accumulating problems in their worklife, their family or their relationship that has left them feeling stuck or trapped. When we get in to this energy of feeling stuck it feels difficult to overcome because everything feels like an uphill climb, even the simplest of tasks like showing up everyday.

So, the first thing I look at in their body is where this is stemming from energetically? Where are they leaking and therefore depleting themselves?

When we are in this state, we are 'feeding' other energetic sources, not ourselves. Once I see where and what the cause is, I initiate a process of repair/healing.

As part of the repair, there is ALWAYS guidance on how the person can continue transforming beyond the session and that guidance a lot of the time takes the form of implementing self expression.

We grow our knowledge of who we are, what we like, what we don't like, what we will allow in our lives, what we choose to follow and support, what we give our attention to...and all of this is self-healing.
